Patrick Henry Simmons Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2019, at the age of 84, Patrick Henry Simmons (Mazeppa, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Simmons and Elizabeth Simmons (Griffin); his brothers, John and William; and his son Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Shea; his children, Deborah Frank (Russell) of Mazeppa, Patricia Beissel (James) of Cannon Falls, Kathleen Pirner (Terry) of Coon Rapids and Daniel (Jan) of Mazeppa; and his siblings, Bette Thompson (Arnold), Barbara Moen (Richard), Michael Simmons (Beverly) and Emma Simmons. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
