He is survived by: his parents, Wallace Whipple and Mary Whipple (Parkinson); his children, Gene Whipple (Sherry) of Isle, MN, Rich Whipple (Joan) of LeRoy, MN and Julie Hafner of Brockton, NY; and his close friend Cyrella Abott of Pine Island, MN.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
