He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mary; and his sister Diane Siems. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Aaron Bergstralh of Pine Island, Adam Bergstralh of Madison, WI and Carrie Wojick (Matthew) of St. Paul; and his brother Jim Siems (Ruth) of Mazeppa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
