It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Mehrkens of Mazeppa, Minnesota, born in Lake City, Minnesota, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Rolsch and Lois Rolsch (Emerson). She is survived by: her husband Leon Mehrkens; her children, Jill Mehrkens, Jamie Mehrkens (Michelle) and Josh Mehrkens; her grandchildren, Katelynn, Tyler, Sheldon and Owen; her siblings, William Rolsch and Diane Brown; and her stepfather Richard Nelson.
