She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carr and Jeanne Carr (Cooper); and her sister Barbara Hilden. She is survived by: her husband Dick Strand; her children, Lori Anderson (Kurt), Rick Strand (Mary) and Gina Stelten (Mike Sigstad); her grandchildren, Nicole Michel, Justin Aretz (Sandhya), Jake Stelten and Chase Stelten; her great grandchildren, Chloe Michel and Ethan DesMarais; her siblings, John Carr and Moya Neal (George); and her siblings-in-law, Paul Strand, Nancy Strand and Beth Strand. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Community (41 E 1st St, Waconia, MN 55387). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
