He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Kolstad and LaJune Kolstad (Mittelstaedt). He is survived by: his wife Holly Brink; his son Wayne Kolstad; his siblings, Keith Kolstad (Kathy), Duane Kolstad, Teri Chase, Les Kolstad (Jean), Sharie Kolstad, Kandis Storm and Kevin Kolstad (Laurie); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy McGuire (Dan), Gary Brink (Jean), Vicki Pittman, Doug Brink (Lori) and Lee DeRaad (Julie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
