He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Smith and Natalie Smith (Baker); and his sister Sherry Frasure. He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith (Dietz) of Marshall; his children, Tristie Smith of Billings, MT and Trevor Smith of Gunnison, CO; his stepchildren, Stacy Jorgensen (Reid) of Tyler, MN and Scott Norrander of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Alicia Pepin, MaKenna Schwab and Haley Schwab; his stepgrandchildren, Taylor Jorgensen, DeLani Gylling, Cameron Jorgensen, Madison Norrander and Hunter Norrander; and his sister Julie Hannon of Great Falls, MT. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family will direct any donations to a local Hospice organization.
