It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Elaine Mortier of Marshall, Minnesota, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Marczak and Florence Marczak (Christensen); her husband Joe Mortier; and her siblings, Daniel, Roger Marczak, Marjorie Theisen, Marilyn Halvorson and Vivian Ritchie.
She is survived by: her children, C. J. Mortier (Julie) of Marshall, Todd Mortier (Carlene Uribes) of Minnetrista and Terri Williams (Scott) of Russell; her grandchildren, Megan, Dustin, Casey Williams, Alison, Jenna Mortier, Jaime and Bethanie Uribes; and her siblings, Rosemary "Tiny" Peltier, David and John Marczak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorials are preferred to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church or Prairie Home Hospice.
