He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert A. Keulen and Annie Van Keulen (Johanna Van Uden); his daughter Brenda Marie; his grandson Tanner John Stensrud; and his siblings, Eugene, Betty, Pat Girard, Danny and Elaine O'Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Mundahl; his children, Ken Van Keulen (Denise), Cheryl Stensrud (Chad), Pam Hamilton (Roger), Beth DeVlaeminck (Mike), Brian Van Keulen (Marni) and Eric Van Keulen (Betsy); and his siblings, Joe Van Keulen and Marion O'Neal. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Prairie Home Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
