With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Ann Labat of Marshall, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Berends and Evelyn Berends (Boerboom); her husband Doanld Labat; her son Curtis Labat; and also, Randy Picht, Howard Serreyn, Janet Labat, Carol Labat, Tom Labat, Judy Labat, Gary Hoflock and Gayle "Kookie" Berends.
She is survived by: her son Jeffry Labat (Jessica); her grandsons, Jonathon and Enrique of San Diego, CA; her son Scott Labat (Kim); her granddaughters, Megan and Hannah of Crystal, MN; and her siblings, Lois Jacob (Robert), Ernest (Mary Jane) and Wally (Olivia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church (501 W Lyon St, Marshall, MN 56258). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (1000 E Main St, Marshall, MN 56258).
