Omar W. Johnson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Omar W. Johnson of Marshall, Minnesota, who passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Johnson and A. Marion Johnson (Lea); his siblings, Mayo, Laurel, Vernon and Donna; his significant other Barb Bushard Johnson; his son-in-law Charles DuBray; and his stepson Pat Bushard.
He is survived by: his children, Renee DeAustin (Mark) of Marshall, Diane DuBray of Rapid City, SD, Mark Johnson (Janet) of Apple Valley, CA and Linnea Roos (Al) of Angle Inlet; his grandchildren, Cecelia, John, Chad, Wade, Walker and Brianne; his siblings, Douglas Johnson (Elaine) and Audrey Hermanson; and his stepchildren, Lisa, Tori and Amy. He is also survived by spouses, children, and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the First Lutheran Church (208 W Marshall St, Marshall, MN 56258). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to a charity of the donor's choice.
