It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merlyn Howard Wallen of Marshall, Minnesota, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville G. Wallen and Mabel Wallen (Rysdahl); his children, Cheryl and Glenn; and his brother Orville Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Delores Schlenner; his children, Deborah Turner (Layne), Douglas (Linda) and Sandra Johnson (Scott); and his brother-in-law Alvin Schlenner (Elaine). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to Prairie Home Hospice in Marshall.
