She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Lemahieu and Maria Lemahieu (Vanlede); her husband Maurice Adam; her son Mark; and her siblings, Oscar, Jeanne and Maria.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Sunvold (Darrell), Jeanne Louwagie (Marvin), Marlene Adam and Steven Adam (Deb); her daughter-in-law Pam Adam; her grandchildren, Lloyd Sunvold (Keri), Keith Sunvold (Tracy), Christy Owens (Mark), Byron Louwagie (Keisha), Rick Louwagie (Kim), Jackie Forcelle (Cory), Kerry Louwagie (Kelly), Kimberly Ochsendorf (Derrick), Angela Benson (Taylor), Chris Adam (Mackenzie Schram), Alyssa Hammerschmidt (Michael), Andrea Wieneke (Erik), Miranda Hensley (Kellie) and Ashley Adam; her sister Madeleine Lemahieu; and her brother-in-law Roger Adam. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
