She was predeceased by: her parents, George VanDeWiele and Eliza VanDeWiele (Walnut Grove); and her son Brad. She is survived by: her siblings, Oscar, Alice, Mary, Rich, Ray, August and Maurice; her husband Jim; her children, Terri Boerboom (Scott), Bob Claeys (Mary), Cathy Nowariak (Dave), Patti Fox (Ron), Jeff Claeys (Margie) and Chris Claeys (Jodi); and her siblings-in-law, Joe Claeys, Doris Claeys and Judy VanDeWiele.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Prairie Home Hospice.
