He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Regnier and Evelyn Regnier (Wyffels) of Ghent; his wife Edna Dunteman of Tracy; and his siblings, Elroy Regnier (Mavis), Norbert Regnier (Mary), Gerald Regnier, Eileen Culshaw (Chuck) and Delores DeCock (Walter).
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Regnier (Renee) of Brooklyn Park, Warren Regnier (Rita) of Marshall, Duane Regnier (Theresa) of Lynd, Keith Regnier (Lisa) of Lynd and Nadine Mayo (Jim) of Crystal. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
