It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Harold Haar (Marshall, Minnesota), born in Worthington, Minnesota, who passed away on May 3, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Haar and Alicia Morningstar (Haar); his wife Judy Haar; his daughter Pamela Haar; his granddaughter Baby Girl Haar; and his brothers, Richard Haar and Douglas Haar.
He is survived by: his children, Jill Deutz (Mike) of Marshall and Ryan Haar (Rhonda) of Granite Falls; his close friend Mary Johnson of Marshall; his grandchildren, Jesse Deutz (Tami) of Marshall, Alyssa McDowell (Bruce) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jenessa Blomme (Zac) of Marshall, Devan Deutz (Whitney) of Marshall, Andrea Weniger (Jesse) of El Mirage, AZ, Adam Illies (Emily) of Wood Lake, Bret Haar of Mitchell, SD, Austin Haar of Granite Falls and Riley Haar of Granite Falls; his great grandchildren, Watson McDowell, Archer Deutz, Brantley Weniger, Jasmine Illies, Joseph Illies, Grayson Weniger, Maribel McDowell, Granger Deutz, Lainey Deutz and Cullen Deutz; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Schoer (Paul Marunich) of Madison, WI, Roger Haar (Debra) of Westbrook, Bruce Haar (Barbara) of Washington State, Jean Morris (Ron) of Ceylon, Patricia Knorn (James) of Roberts, WI, Karen Strausser (Dan) of Sun Prairie, WI, Darlene "Beanie" Lunz of Windom and Donald Haar (Steve) of Madison, WI. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
