She was predeceased by: her parents, Jans Kor and Katie Kor (Bodde); her husband Edgar Gillund; her daughter Melinda McDowell; her brother Wayne Kor (Judi Meaden); and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Kor.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff, Daryl Gillund (Julie) of Alexandria, Jeffrey Gillund (Meri Jo) of Maynard, Richard Gillund of Cedar Rapids, IA and Valerie Vlaminck (Ronald) of Taunton; her grandchildren, Megan Hardesty of Richfield, Natalie Becker (Forest) of Minneapolis, Samuel Gillund of Minneapolis, Jeremy Knutson of Aberdeen, SD, Stephanie Koons (John) of Taunton, Keith Vlaminck of Taunton and Erika MacArthur (Thomas) of Taunton; her great grandchildren, Nora Finley, Tate, Blake Koons, Lily, Liam and Lincoln MacArthur; and her brothers, Don Kor and Howard Kor (Donna). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
A public visitation celebrating Fran's life is pending and will be finalized once pandemic restrictions are loosened.
