He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Ufken and Gerda Ufken (Moritz); his wife Carole Ufken; his daughter-in-law Cassie Ufken; and his siblings, Ed Ufken and Ethyl McLain.
He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Ufken (Lori) of Rosemount and Randall Ufken (Nancy) of Prior Lake. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, any memorials are preferred to a charity of the donor's choosing, in Spike's honor.
