It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Allen Cady of Marshall, Minnesota, who passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Allen Cady to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Cady and Clara Cady (Andersen); his parents-in-law, Julian and Edna Sandberg; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Hinkley, DeWayne Stuck, Mary Ann Stuck and Gwen Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Cady of Marshall; his children, Kristin Louwagie (Jeff) of Minnetonka, James Cady of Marshall and Melissa Cady of Eden Prairie; his grandchildren, Allen "AJ" Cady of Minneota, Samantha Louwagie of Minnetonka and Sabrina Louwagie of Minnetonka; and his siblings, Richard Cady (Diane) of Marshall, Janet Hamner (Steve) of Marshall and Marcia Cady of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Living Word Lutheran Church (800 E Southview Ct, Marshall, MN 56258). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Russell Cemetery (Minneapolis, MN).
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Prairie Home Hospice or Living Word Lutheran Church in Marshall.
