It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lee Brackney Jr. of Marshall, Minnesota, born in Manito, Illinois, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Brackney and Martha Brackney (Tompkins); his wife Connie Brackney; and his brother Adam Brackney. He is survived by: his children, Charles III Brackney (Laura) of Peoria, IL and Tiffany Brackney of Peoria, IL; his grandchildren, Haven, Haylee, Neveah and Nova; and his siblings, Jack Brackney of Manito, IL, Elizabeth Davis (Larry) of Lucan, Henry Brackney and Frank Brackney of Manito, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
