He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; and his mother Julia. He is survived by: his children, Jim (Tricia) and Julie Fernandes (Menino); his grandchildren, Alex, Emma, Audrey Wrobel, Hailey and Hannah Fernandes; and his brother Dennis.
