He is survived by: his wife Nicole; his children, Carter and Callie; his parents, Ron Sampson and Gayle Sampson; his sister Kori Hack; his parents-in-law, Richard and Carol Thompson; his sister-in-law Kari Helgeson (Matt); his nephews, Trent, Dylan Hack and Zach Helgeson; his niece Brooklyn Helgeson; and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, all ten of his loving cousins, and countless friends.
