He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Owen and Myrle Evelyn Farmer (Powelson). He is survived by: his brother Donald Scott; his former wife Rhonda Schmidt; his cousin Sonja Schmidt; his wife Sonja; his daughters, Tracy Farmer and Kristie James (Murdock); his grandsons, Murphy and Lukus James; his siblings, Donald Farmer (Rhonda) and Pat Schuelke (Alt Arneson); and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Schmidt and Romelle Frey (Wayne). He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews, three great nieces and three great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family of Larry requests that memorials be given to Augusta Cemetery Board, your local church, ELCA disaster relief fund.
