He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Dahlgren and Gladys Dahlgren; his brother Wallace Dahlgren; and his son Russell Erik Dahlgren. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Dahlgren; his daughter Kathy Thompson; his grandchildren, Holly Thompson and Matthew Thompson; and his brother Kenneth Dahlgren (Beverly).
