He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Williams and Leona Williams; and his siblings, Don, Ron, Larry and Gene Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Pam Williams of Marcell; his children, Tina Thompson of Marcell, Josh Williams (Jen) of Deer River and Jayme Williams (Dusty) of Deer River; his grandchildren, Jenna Marek (Levi), Josh Williams Jr., Bailey Williams, Walker Williams, Hannah Thompson, Cody Williams, Connor Williams and Cheyenne Williams; and his great grandchildren, Anika and Kylie Marek.
