He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Myckleby and Ruth Myckleby (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Myckleby (Casci); his son Russell S. Myckleby; and his brother Wesley "Lee" Myckleby (Paris Myckleby). He is also survived by 2 Brother in-laws & 3 Sister in-laws; 4 Nieces & 3 Nephews.

Due to Covid-19 a memorial service will be held at a later time.
