He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; his parents, Sid Whitethorn and Sue Whitethorn; his sister Kathy Whitethorn; and his brother-in-law Joe Herbst.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Herbst, Fran DeCurtins (Gary) and Judi Dock (Bruce); his aunt Hildegard Davis; and his nieces and nephews, Jeff Herbst, Jenny Anderson, Laura Sherwin, Amy Carlson, Brian DeCurtins and Kevin Dock. He is also survived by 12 great nieces and nephews; family and friends.
