He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Mark, Kirsten (Eric), Paula (Bob) and Richelle (Paul); his grandchildren, Josh, Rachel, Kim (Travis), Dalton, Shelby, Brandon, Brenna and Ben; his children, Kyle II, Cayden, Easton and Liam; and his brother Lawrence. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Memorials are preferred to the church.
