She was predeceased by: her parents, August Marsh and Lottie Marsh; her former husband Wesley Peterson; her husband Richard Hugger; and her siblings, Mavis Bromaghin, Margery Johnson, Robert Marsh, Mary Waggoner and Lewis Marsh.
She is survived by: her brother Richard Marsh; and her children, Jeffery Peterson, Vickie Hunt (Jeff), Renee Dowling, Michael Peterson (Lourie) and Kelly Smith. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the VFW Post 1782 (4496 Lake Ave S, White Bear Lake, MN 55110).
