She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathew N. Mohs and Florentine M. Mohs; her siblings, Mathew E. Mohs, Donald Mohs, Robert Mohs and Joan Liesen; her husband Joseph A. Zappa; and her daughters, Anne Margaret Zappa and Nancy Clare Zappa.

She is survived by: her children, Gina Marie Manskar (Steve), Anthony J. Zappa (Cindy) and James M. Zappa (Rani Murdoch Zappa); her grandsons, Noah Manskar, Mathew Zappa and Michael Zappa; her siblings, Albert Mohs (Coral) and Marilyn Carson; and her siblings-in-law, David Tucci (Marilyn) and Pat Zappa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
