He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; and his sister Colleen Havens. He is survived by: his children, Terry, Tim, Cindy Schufman (Scott), Jackie Engelmeier and Jerry "Lou" (Judy); his grandchildren, Mandi (Conor), Angie (Will), Jeff (Becca), Mike, Erin, Shane, Allison (Jay), Nick, Hannah and Brenden; and his brother Jim. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
