He is survived by: his children, Pamela Ann Clark (John Duesing), Patricia Ellen Clark (John Bryson) and John Charles Clark Jr. (Janna Ross); and his stepsiblings, Roger, Ron Voorhis and Catherine Capozza. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
