She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet Semlak and Casimir Semlak. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her sons, Van and Mitchell; and her siblings, Cindy Landeen, Chris Semlak (Therese), Vicki Thai (Tom), Jeff Semlak (Ruth), Tim Semlak (Mary), Mary Scundi, Susan Semlak (Worrell) and Casy Semlak (Liz). She is also survived by her husband, children, family, and friends.
