She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Wellentin and Julia Wellentin; her brother Clyde; her granddaughter Christina Kern; and her great grandchild Vienna Vogel.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Kern; her sister Marie Wellentin; and her children, William, Donald (Nancy), Cynthia Irons (Art), Allan and Constance Tessmer (George). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
