He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Mullen and Gertrude Mullen; and his siblings, Patrick, John, Dennis, Richard and Lorraine.
He is survived by: his children, Denise (Vince), Kelli (Benito), Jim (Karen), Mike (Kristin) and John Mullen (Nancy); his grandchildren, Kate, Tyler, Braden, Austin, Max, Grace, Jesse, Isabella, Francisco and Violet; and his sister Marlene Janousek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many friends.
