He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Lindkvist and John Lindkvist. He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Frank Lindkvist (TX), Dorothy McCarthy of Roseville, MN, Mary and Robert Carlson of Foley, MN; and his half-sister Lori Malm-Gerhardson of Siren, WI. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
