She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Young; her son Robert Young; her siblings, Norma Lutgen and Raymond Stenseth; her former husband Vern Kenyon; and her parents, Norman Stenseth and Edna Stenseth.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Ehlert (Greg), Don Young (Sally), Kathie Mollner (John), Gary Young and Rich Young (Jody); her grandchildren, Julie, Alex, Chris, Karl, Nathan, Andy, Joe, Amanda, Doug and Dan; her sisters, Alene Hilsendeger of Aberdeen and Gladys Beals of Grand Junction, CO; and her friend Fern Sumption of Aberdeen. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
A funeral will be held at Hope Lutheran Church in St. Paul at a later date, pandemic allowing.
