Donna Schurmeier Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2020, at the age of 90, Donna Schurmeier of Maplewood, Minnesota, born in Rosemount, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her stepfather Ben Osterfeld; her daughter Amy Lee Case; her husband Edward C. Schurmeier; her brother Dale; her sister-in-law Jeanette Ratzlaff; her nephews, Benjamin Ratzlaff and Christopher Ratzlaff; her niece Beth Ann Schorr-Ratzlaff; her daughter Lisa; her grandchildren, Jennifer and Ben Halvorson; her great grandchildren, Mary Kate, Anna Mae, Leah, Elizabeth, Samuel, Bob and Alissa Gander; her son-in-law Dale; her great grandchild Andrea Case; her parents, Lillian Rechtzigel Ratzlaff and Ewald Ratzlaff; her daughters, Donna, Marvelous of Minnesota and Secretary; and also, Nelson, Ace, Eric, David Gander, Cassie Fenstra, Trace, Kyler, Ariel, Jordan, Jalen, Matt, Ketsany Case, Kylianna and Destiny. She was also cherished by her friends and card clubs, her nieces and nephews, grandchildren.
While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings while abiding to a 50% capacity at the facility.
No flowers please, memorials can be directed to the church in Donna's name for Sunday children's worship.
