He is survived by: his children, Shelly Kolstad (Joe) and Dave Cole Jr. (Lisa); his sisters, Carole Cole and Barb Salaba; and also Barbara Cole. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and great nephews & nieces; along with many golf friends.
