She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles Anderson; her daughter Janet Simons; and her granddaughter Emily Roland. She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Amoh and Susie Roland (Steven); her grandchildren, Charles (Ruth), Nina (Jared), Danielle (Luke), Kevin and Becky; her great grandchildren, Patrick, Linden, Thielen, Riley and Jade; her son-in-law Robert Simons; her stepchildren, Kathleen Lane and Floyd Lane; and her husband Bill Lane.

She also donated many cakes for charity and fundraising events.
