She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Novak and Agnes Novak (Ostgarden); her son Dean; her siblings, James Novak (Mary), Richard Novak, Jeanette "Shawnee" Goar and Judy Legut (John); her parents-in-law, Arnold and Evelyn Burgess; and her brother-in-law James Burgess.
She is survived by: her husband Richard of Maplewood; her daughters, Danette Wilfahrt (Brad) of Fridley, Jennifer Watson (Todd) of Brainerd and Jessica Huss (Steve) of Crosslake; her grandchildren, Bradyn Watson (Morgan) of Shoreview, Philip Huss of Duluth, Annika (Watson), Olinyk (Blake) of Woodbury and Cody Huss (Karli Skog) of Crosslake; and her brothers-in-law, Tim Burgess of California and Dick Goar of Maplewood. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
