He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Annis and Eleanor Annis (Rabenhorst); his son Timothy "Tim" Annis; and his sister Ruth Hummer (Irvin). He is survived by: his wife Carol Annis of Mapleton; his children, Tammy Schmidt (Douglas) and Terry Annis; his grandsons, Dustyn Schmidt (Ciara), Dillon Schmidt (Danielle Taylor), Dalton Schmidt and Dawson Schmidt; and his nieces and nephews, Roxanne Schlasner (Mike), Michael Hummer (Joyce), Mark Hummer (Heidi) and Vickie Walters (Bryce).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (104 Central Ave S, Mapleton, MN 56065). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at the Union Cemetery (500 Silver St W, Mapleton, MN 56065).
