He is survived by: his sons, Dean Phelps (Brenda) and Gene Phelps; his grandchildren, Andrew, Henry and Lucy Phelps; and his sisters-in-law, Vivian Phelps, Ardis Keller, Audrey Hislop and Gweth Jaeger.
