He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan Hager and Anastasia Hager (Templin); his siblings, Tom Hager (Helen), Kay Schweiss (Fran) and Rita Wolfe; and his brother-in-law Raymond Schweiss.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hager (Carey); his children, Doug Hager (Deb) of Good Thunder, MN, Larry Hager (Vesta) of Coeur d'Alene, ID, Maria Sanders (Dave) of Amboy, MN and Annette Birr (Jerry) of Good Thunder, MN.; his sister Diane Schweiss; his siblings-in-law, Ted Wolfe, Brigette Carey and Pearl Lantz; and his sister Judy Bach (Butch). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Teresa Catholic Church (102 Central Ave N, Mapleton, MN 56065). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (408 Troendle St SW, Mapleton, MN 56065).
