Marjorie Shubert Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marjorie Shubert of Mapleton, Minnesota, born in Pipestone, Minnesota, who passed away on June 24, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Backlund and Dena Backlund (Freese); her husband Don; and her grandson Patrick Shubert. She is survived by: her son Michael Shubert (Peggy); her grandsons, Matthew and Joseph; her daughter Patty Osmundson; her grandchildren, Dania Helgeson (Chris) and Michael Osmundson (Ashlee Lundberg); her son Robert Shubert (Lisa); her grandsons, Sam and Nick; and her sisters-in-law, Orphadel and Rosalie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Moments Hospice of Mankato.
