She is survived by: her former husband Raymond Phelps; her husband Ray Phelps; her sons, Dean Phelps (Brenda) and Gene Phelps; her grandchildren, Andrew, Henry and Lucy Phelps; her sisters, Ardis Keller and Audrey Hislop; and her sister-in-law Gweth Jaeger.
