He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G. Conrad and Clara M. Conrad (Devens); his wife Ella A. Ritter; and his brother Alan Conrad. He is survived by: his children, Diane Conrad and Gerald Conrad (Brenda); his grandchildren, Devan Powell (Danielle), Jacob Conrad and Maredith Conrad; his great grandchildren, Ivy, Lily and Willow; and his brother Ronald Conrad (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Memorials may be given to Sterling Cemetery.
