He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Bigalk and Mary Bigalk (Parchman); his wife Karen Bigalk; and his brothers, Reuben and Lester Bigalk.
He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Bigalk (Kristy) of Annandale, David Bigalk (Tari) of New London and Sarah Nezerka (Shawn) of Farmington; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Andrew, Katrina, Christopher, Jamie, Lukas, Josh, Michael, Elizabeth and Stephen. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and countless friends.
Memorials are preferred to Wartburg College in Waverly, IA, Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Maple Lake, MN, or the American Heart Association.
