He is survived by: his daughter Amanda "Mandy"; his wife Mary Catherine "Kate" McNulty; his children, Mandy Gustafson (Mike) and Jared Ward (Alison); his grandchildren, Grace, Anna Gustafson, Brady, Reese Ward, Mike, Colin, Ryann, Norah and Delaney McNulty; and his siblings, Mary Sentyrz (Joe), Bob Ward (Lois), Jean Fobbe (Mike), John Ward (Sue) and Becky Mead (Chad). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, friends.
