He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cruikshank and Pearl Cruikshank (Rachel); his former wife Sharon Lapier; and his children, Ronald and Connie Ladwig.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Wurm (Dircks) of Maple Lake; his daughter Kelly Cruikshank of Maple Lake; his grandchildren, J. J., Lauren and Maya; his children-in-law, Laurie of Crystal and Ed Ladwig of Paynesville; and his siblings, William (Kay) and Marilyn Dearing (Wayne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
